About the Blog

This is the blog I'll be using to report from the Duke Study in China Program (DSIC), where I'm studying for the next 9 weeks courtesy of the Richard U Light Fellowship, a fellowship available to Yale students studying language in East Asia. DSIC is an intensive Chinese language program hosted by Duke University at Capital Normal University in Beijing. I'll be studying Mandarin in Beijing from June 13 to August 10th, and posting my exploits here at least weekly. Come back and leave a comment whenever, or subscribe to get email updates!
